- Wash your hands before you begin the sampling.
- Be in a comfortable position so that you can insert the swab into your vagina.
- Notice the red mark in the middle of the swab stick.
- Open the FLOQ swab tube and hold the stick portion at the red mark.
- Now insert the swab inside the vagina till the red mark. Gently rotate it inside for 10 to 30 seconds. Please follow this instruction diligently since these steps will ensure sufficient cells in the sample for valid results.
- Now remove the swab and transfer it to the provided container tube.
- Push the lid tightly and ensure that you have closed the container properly.
- Write your name and age on the label of the container tube.
- Place this tube in the Cervival Box along with the filled information form.
