Founder Director & Chief Scientific Officer at AyuGen Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. Manish is responsible for the vision of the organization and brings an expertise in bioinformatics and genetics. He has over 20 years of experience in pharmacogenomics and population genetics. He has published and presented research articles in International conferences and Journals. He obtained his B. Pharmacy degree from Poona College of Pharmacy, India and M.S. in Biology with specialization in Bioinformatics and Genetics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MA, USA. Previously he worked as a Bioinformatics Scientist with Genaissance Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Motif Biosciences, Inc.
Mr. Abhay Vaidya
A passionate marketing manager at AyuGen who believes in genomics for better health. Over 20 years of pharma industry experience at different positions starting as a Medical Representative in June 2000 with FDC Ltd. before joining AyuGen in 2014. Extensive covering of western & central India from Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh. Worked with FDC Ltd, Hetero Healthcare & Zydus Biochem before joining AyuGen in 2014. He has a diploma & bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
Dr. Aditi Dastane
Dr. Dastane is M.D. Pathology and has Diplomate of American Board of Medical Genetics (USA). She has over 13 years of experience in clinical and molecular cytogenetics. She has hands-on experience in Next generation and Sanger Sequencing, real-time PCR, capillary and gel electrophoresis, fluorescence in situ hybridization, karyotyping, digital image capturing and analysis, Tissue culture, G-banding, C-banding and NOR staining. She is also a genetic counsellor and has published extensively in the area of molecular oncology. She obtained her MD from B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospitals and further specialization was done at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), USA.
Mr. Sachin Vetal
A keen technical & quality expert looking after AyuGen’s lab since early 2020. He is post-graduate in Microbiology with diploma in medical laboratory technology. He has over 10 years of experience in molecular diagnostic and genetic testing. Hands- on experience in real-time PCR, RFLP, micro-array, digital image capturing and analysis. He also has experience in various techniques required in clinical pathology, haematology, biochemistry, serology, microbiology and AFB radiometry. He also has completed quality control course for ISO 15189: 2012 and have experience as an auditor for internal audit.
Dr. Neelam Kolte
Dr. Kolte has completed her MD Pathology in 1984 from BJ Medical College Pune. She has extensive experience in cyto histopathology for last 40 years. For long time she was the only certified cytologist in Pune. She has been involved in number of screening programmes and has extensive teaching experience as well. She was also on the editorial board of journals like Journal of Cytology. She was selected as moderator of International Consensus Conference on Fight against Cervical Cancer in 2000 at Chicago, USA.

Dr. Min Seob Lee
Dr. Min Seob Lee is Ph.D. in Biological Science from City of Hope National Medical Center of the Beckman Research Institute in Duarte, California. He holds a Master of Biology and certification of BioTechnology from California State University, Los Angeles. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kyung Hee University in Seoul, Korea. He did his post-doctoral fellowship at the Genomics and Proteomics Center at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Lee is a world renowned researcher in Genomics and an outstanding leader in healthcare and bio-tech industries and its implementation for personalized medicine and diagnostics development. Dr. Lee published numerous articles and has been granted several US and international patents in the area of personalized medicine, genomics and diagnostic development. He has extensive global experience and presence in the life sciences, healthcare and IT business area including bio-tech, pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies with expertise in personal genomics, big-data processing, pharmacogenomics, bioinformatics and molecular diagnostic. Prior to the current roles and responsibilities, he held several positions at organisations such as Sequenom in San Diego and Genaissance Pharmaceuticals in CT, USA. He is also Chairman of Diagnomics Inc, in San Diego, California, and currently assuming a responsibility as a CEO of Eone Diagnomics Genome Center (EDGC) in Incheon Korea. He is a president of Share Genome Organization (Non Profit Research Institute) in California that facilitates researchers and participants to share genome data and informatics resources to promote next generation healthcare and research revolution. He is an advisor of many genomics entities as well.
