Cancellation
You have 24 working hours lead time to intimate us on services not required.
In case of service cancellation it needs to be intimated before 24 Hrs. of accessing our services.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If the kit is purchased and shipped to you there will be charges of handling & shipping of Rs800.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
